Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce and Data 360 at scale to be leveraged by agentic solutions
Design grounding strategies for agents using unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes
Define integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems
Provide technical leadership to developers through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring, and set standards for Apex, LWC, and Agentforce development
Define testing and evaluation approaches for agents, including guardrails and Einstein Trust Layer considerations
Contribute to reusable assets that accelerate the team's delivery and improve quality and consistency
Follow and understand new product features and technical capabilities, across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms
Leverage the latest AI tools and development assistants to maximize the efficiency and speed of design and delivery
