Staff Marketing Manager

We're looking for a deeply analytical Staff Marketing Manager to help our customers navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, from choosing a credit card to refinancing a loan to building an emergency fund.

In this role, you will operate as a lead individual contributor who owns the email and push notification channel end-to-end, from strategic planning through execution, testing, and scaled program management. You’ll create and manage email and push notifications in partnership with creative and data science, optimizing for business and customer outcomes via personalization and data driven insights. You will lead through influence - partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to shape system architecture, run rigorous A/B tests, and build experiences that move business metrics. As the primary driver of channel performance, you will translate data into actionable insights and reporting results and ROI up to leadership.

This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

Where you can make an impact:

• Own and execute email channel strategy from end-to end, including: planning, launch, post-test analysis, and program scaling and management.

• Collaborate on email and push notification system architecture with product, engineering, analytics, and data science - providing input on system architecture, objective function, and net new model development.

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Design to create and test integrated user experiences and optimizations that drive impact towards business goals.

• Manage program performance and track ROI across email and push, identifying trends and reporting results to leadership.

• Drive rigorous A/B testing across creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.

• Build and maintain reporting frameworks to scale the program, constantly evaluating systems to look for opportunities.

• Effectively communicate campaign metrics, trial data, and best practices to relevant stakeholders to advise future campaign strategy.

• As an a mentor providing guidance and sharing best practices as needed to support team growth and development

• Proactively look for ways to optimize day-to-day processes to increase team and campaign velocity

Your experience:

• 7+ years of experience in a professional setting, working with data and cross functional stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling insights from data to guide strategy and prove impact. Familiarity with SQL and / or HTML is a plus.

• Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance against KPIs.

• Excellent collaboration skills - you work well with cross-functional partners and can influence without direct authority.

• Owner mentality with a bias for action.

• AI literate, with ability to wield tools to build on your own.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or a regulated industry — nice to have.

• Experience with Braze Engagement platform
