The Partnership Lead is responsible for building, scaling, and leading the Partnerships function across the US and LATAM, with a primary focus on Career partnerships and the US market. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic ownership with direct execution. The Partnership Lead will define partnership strategy, build and optimize the partnership pipeline, establish scalable outreach processes, and support the development of the Partnership Management team.

The role will directly manage Partnership Managers across regions, working closely with Career Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build partnerships that primarily support Career outcomes (employment and Industry Experience), while also driving strategic partnership opportunities for other business functions, including Marketing and Product initiatives.

• Partnership Strategy & Growth: Define and execute partnership strategy across the US and LATAM, prioritizing Career partnerships and supporting broader business initiatives.
• Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic relationships with Tier-1 employers and other high-impact partners, primarily in the US, leading outreach, negotiations, and new partnership opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Build a sustainable partnership pipeline and optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion processes based on performance data.
• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop Partnership Managers across the US and LATAM, ensuring consistent standards, best practices, and regional alignment.
• Performance & Reporting: Monitor pipeline health, KPIs, and conversion metrics; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to drive partnership performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Career Leadership, Product, Marketing, Student Experience, and other teams to align partnership initiatives with business priorities.
• Strategic Initiatives & Innovation: Identify and develop partnership opportunities supporting Career Services, employment outcomes, Industry Experience, employer engagement, and new business offerings.
