What you'll do

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers and internal teams resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting projects and activities through to successful completion.
• Collaborating with project teams, customers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Troubleshooting technical issues using available tools, systems, and knowledge bases.
• Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Escalating complex cases to specialized support teams while maintaining responsibility for follow-up and communication.
• Processing and validating documentation received through various channels.
• Tracking and documenting incidents, requests, and resolutions accurately.
• Providing support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Using remote access tools to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
• Following established procedures and knowledge articles to deliver effective solutions.
• Monitoring customer environments and proactively responding to events when needed.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role is an advantage, but not required.
