As a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on the EV market, you will introduce and grow our solutions among charging station manufacturers, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs), software platforms, and other stakeholders within the charging infrastructure ecosystem.

At a strategic level, you will work with (new) partners to develop new business opportunities.

Hybrid work model: 2 days per week from our Nieuw-Vennep office (Pondweg 7, 2153 PK, Nieuw-Vennep), including a mandatory office day on Mondays.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Defining a joint go-to-market strategy and business plan;
• Establishing and expanding partnerships and technical integrations with charging station manufacturers and charging platforms;
• Initiating and managing sales processes, from initial contact through to closing;
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Support, as well as colleagues across the global Nayax family.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Native-level Dutch language skills - mandatory, and native-level English proficiency is also required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a new business development role, focused on acquiring new customers;
• Experience and/or affinity with the EV market, charging infrastructure, or payment services is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset;
• A results-driven approach, proactive attitude, and a basic understanding of modern technologies;
