International Motors is hiring a Transformation Lead to help shape the future of our business through enterprise-wide transformation, strategic execution, and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to partner with senior leadership, tackle complex business challenges, and turn strategic priorities into meaningful, measurable outcomes.

As a key member of our Business Process Transformation (BPT) Team, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve how we work, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive sustainable business results. At International Motors, transformation means more than developing recommendations, it means driving change from initial strategy through implementation and measurable results. Join a collaborative, high-impact team working across the organization to advance our position in the automotive, transportation, and logistics industries.

  • Serve as the business counterpart for AI and digital transformation initiatives by defining business problems, establishing process requirements, evaluating proposed solutions with IT and external partners, and driving successful adoption.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization without relying on direct authority, creating alignment and momentum around complex, high-impact initiatives.
