Title: Growth Engineer Intern Location: Mountain View, CA, US / Remote (US) ## **About Naive** Naive is building autonomous companies: agent systems capable of operating real businesses end to end. We release autonomous company templates and benchmarks, alongside a studio—where users can deploy and operate these systems. Our infrastructure platform, Vetta, powers long-running, high-volume agent workloads. We’ve raised $28.5M from Nexus Venture Partners, Y Combinator, Zetta Venture Partners, Liquid 2 and leading operators. **The Role** We’re hiring a Growth Engineering Intern to own how Naive brings new products, autonomous company releases and research to market. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will work directly with the founders, engineers and researchers to turn technical products into launches that developers, founders and AI teams care about. Accordingly, you also have the chance to earn significant equity at a fast growing Series A startup. You should be equally comfortable developing positioning, launching a technical product, analyzing conversion data and personally creating the content or campaign needed to make it succeed.\ \ What You’ll Do * Own growth across Naive Studio, autonomous company releases, benchmarks * Develop positioning, messaging and launch for new products * Run product launches across social, developer communities, content and partnerships * Create technical content, demos, case studies and ad campaigns * Measure the full funnel and rapidly test new growth experiments * Work with product to improve onboarding, activation, retention and monetization ## **You Might Be a Fit If** * You have experience growing technical or AI products * You have launched products from zero to one—not only optimized mature channels * You understand developers, AI agents and modern software products * You can write excellent copy and develop strong product narratives * You are highly analytical and comfortable owning growth metrics * You move quickly and execute without requiring a large team or agency * You have previously founded a company, built products or worked closely with engineers ## **Bonus** * Engineering or technical product background * Experience growing developer tools, AI products or PLG software * Existing reach within AI, developer or founder communities * Experience producing technical demos or launch videos * Strong social media brand scaling experience, 1M+ followers/views P.
