About Purple Sales Solutions

At Purple Sales, we help tech companies grow faster in their chosen markets - whether in the US, Canada, or Europe. Since 2018, we’ve partnered with over 100 tech brands to accelerate pipeline growth and close large deals. We go beyond appointment setting. Our approach combines strategy, execution, and deep involvement in the sales cycle - from lead generation through to the close.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team in Canada. This is not an entry-level role, we’re looking for professionals who know the rhythm of outbound sales, are confident on the phones, and thrive in high-performance environments (ideally with agency experience).

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified meetings with decision-makers for our technology clients, using a proven multi-channel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more). You’ll leverage the provided prospect lists while bringing your own expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building.

What You’ll Do

• Drive outbound activity to generate qualified meetings for our tech clients in the US and Canada.
• Confidently pitch and qualify prospects, engaging with executives and C-level decision-makers.
• Work with our Account Management team to execute targeted campaigns and strategies.
• Use our tech stack to track activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and report results accurately.
• Contribute ideas, feedback, and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or sales development roles (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Proven success in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
• Strong understanding of the US and Canadian markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to engage and persuade senior executives over the phone and via digital channels.
• Results-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working toward clear targets.
• Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

What We Offer

• Base salary + commissions, with rapid progression opportunities based on performance.
• Access to leadership and a fast track to senior roles for top performers.
• Training and support in consultative sales, advanced prospecting, and tech tools.
• A collaborative, growth-focused culture where initiative and results are rewarded.

Why Purple?

• We’re growing fast and want ambitious people who grow with us.
• We believe in empathy, teamwork, and supporting our clients and teammates to succeed.
• We offer the chance to work with leading global tech companies while shaping how B2B sales are done.
