Manager, Fintech Implementation

Title: Manager, Fintech Implementation Location: Remote United States The Fintech Implementation Manager position is responsible for managing the implementation and launch of fintech programs, from initial design scope through go-live. This role sits within Enterprise Compliance, serving as the day-to-day program owner for assigned client and partner implementations, driving each engagement from kickoff through testing and launch, and working cross-functionally with internal teams (Business Development, Compliance, BSA/AML, Data, Partner Services, Legal, and Operations) and external partners to ensure seamless execution, clear communication, and operational readiness.
