We're looking for a DevOps Team Lead to strengthen our team

We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to guide our Infrastructure team – both technically and as a people manager.

You’ll help keep our infrastructure reliable, scalable, and secure, build and improve CI/CD for web, desktop, and mobile products, and support the team as it grows and evolves.

What you'll get to do:

Set priorities, plan work, and support the growth of the team
Ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and security
Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines for web, desktop, and mobile products
Design and maintain infrastructure (Kubernetes, IaC, clouds/on-prem)
Improve reliability, performance, and security of services
Set up and evolve monitoring, logging, and alerting procedures
Take part in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Analyze incidents, run RCAs, and convert lessons learned into improvements
Advise development teams on software deployment and day-to-day operations
Help define and improve DevOps standards and processes across the company

Required skills:

Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI / Jenkins / werf)
Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
Experience building monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry, etc.)
Good understanding of reliability, scalability, and security principles
Experience working closely with developers and business stakeholders

Bonus points for:

Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices
Understanding of FinOps
Experience transforming infrastructure or scaling engineering teams
