Short Summary:
The Role Readiness Operations Manager is a critical leadership role within our Revenue Enablement organization, overseeing the operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding, ramp, and bridge programs.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full operational strategy and execution of the Onboarding, Ramp, and Bridge programs.
- Maintain and continuously refine program frameworks, agendas, schedules, facilitator plans, and participant materials.
- Drive seamless handoffs between Recruiting, Sales Leadership, Product, and Enablement.
- Build and maintain processes and templates for standardized program delivery.
- Oversee program logistics, communications, timelines, scheduling, and coordination.
- Ensure program content, tools, and resources are up to date and aligned with business needs.
- Partner closely with Sales Leaders, Revenue Operations, HR, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze readiness KPIs and build reporting mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Learning & Development; SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale revenue readiness or onboarding programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Highly organized and process-driven with an eye for systemization.
- Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
