Responsibilities:
- Write insightful management commentary by understanding the business and products.
- Automate production elements of reporting with engineers and data teams.
- Ensure financial reporting policies and controls are up to date and scalable.
- Support the year-end process, from drafting the annual report to working with auditors.
- Review new products and assess accounting impacts.
- Maintain and develop controls for financial data protection.
- Assist with ESG sustainability reporting and disclosures.
- Prepare monthly management and ad-hoc reports with meaningful analysis.
- Collaborate with internal finance for a swift month-end close process.

Requirement:
- Qualified chartered accountant (ACA or CA) with audit experience.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of financial controls.
- Self-starter with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Comfortable leveraging data for reporting automation (SQL skills a bonus).
- Thrives in a dynamic environment.
