What You'll Do 

• Own test planning and execute manual, exploratory, and regression testing; identify edge cases and document reproducible defects.

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable automated tests for user interfaces, APIs, and integrations, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

• Use AI coding agents to develop and maintain test code and tooling; review generated changes and independently verify correctness, coverage, and compliance with engineering standards.

• Partner with developers and product stakeholders to clarify acceptance criteria, investigate failures, communicate quality risks, and improve testing practices.

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications

• Strong software QA experience, with the ability to independently plan testing, prioritize coverage by risk, and support release decisions.

• Hands-on expertise in manual and exploratory testing, test design, defect investigation, and regression testing.

• Proficiency in a programming language and practical experience building and maintaining automated UI and API tests.

• Experience using AI coding assistants or agents, with the ability to guide their work, review generated code, and validate results independently.

• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and SQL, with clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with modern test automation frameworks, such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.

• Experience testing data-intensive applications, including data validation and cross-system integrations.

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and test environment management.

• Experience creating repeatable agentic coding workflows for test generation, maintenance, and failure analysis.

• Experience improving test frameworks and mentoring colleagues in quality engineering practices.
