Short Summary:
The Procurement Enablement Lead will lead the procurement program at Mixpanel, managing a team of two and focusing on organizational spend, vendor value, procurement processes, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of two, coaching them through skill-building and performance.
- Lead execution of complex procurement projects across functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as FP&A, Security, IT, and Legal.
- Build strategic relationships with key vendors and technology partners.
- Promote a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide procurement process training for Mixpanel employees.
- Shape and communicate a compelling vision for the procurement team.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or Manager, including team management.
- Extensive experience in SaaS companies and vendor management.
- Experience with procurement improvement initiatives and risk management.
- Strong data management and analytics skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members.
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating change.
- Professional polish for presenting to the C-suite.
