The Vice President of Sales will lead revenue strategy and execution across the EMEA region for Mitek's enterprise, platform-oriented identity and fraud prevention solutions. The role owns both direct enterprise sales and channel/partner sales for the region, and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer as part of the broader global revenue organization.
The VP will be accountable for growing Mitek's platform footprint across financial institutions, fintechs, and digital platforms within EMEA, expanding direct enterprise relationships while building a high-performing regional channel and partner ecosystem. This work will be executed with the rigor and predictability required of a public company.
Regional Revenue Strategy & Growth

Define and execute an EMEA revenue strategy that supports the company's global enterprise growth and platform adoption objectives set by the CRO.

Drive new direct enterprise customer acquisition across the region while expanding revenue within existing regional accounts through broader platform usage and additional products.

Identify and prioritize strategic regional accounts with potential for multi-year, multi-product platform deployments.

Build the regional revenue plan, forecast, and pipeline in partnership with the CRO and global revenue operations.
Direct Enterprise Sales Leadership

Lead the EMEA direct enterprise sales team, focused on complex, consultative selling into regulated, mission-critical environments.

Apply the company's enterprise sales methodology to long sales cycles, multiple buying personas, executive sponsorship, and value-based selling within the region.

Own regional enterprise deal strategy, pricing input, and negotiation for large, complex platform agreements.

Serve as executive sponsor for the region's most critical direct enterprise accounts.
Channel & Partner Sales

Build and scale an EMEA channel and partner sales motion that extends enterprise platform reach across the region, including:

Manage regional partner recruitment, enablement, and performance, ensuring alignment with the company's global partner programs.

Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets for EMEA and report results against them.

Act as executive sponsor for the region's most strategic channel and partner relationships.
Regional Account Management

Build and manage a regional account management approach for EMEA's largest direct and partner-managed accounts.

Drive coordinated regional account plans and expansion strategies across direct and channel motions.

Ensure regional account strategies align with global account plans for multinational customers with an EMEA presence.
Customer Success & Platform Adoption

Partner closely with Customer Success and global Channels & Partners functions to drive regional onboarding, platform adoption, retention, and expansion.

Support regional customer success programs focused on value realization, usage growth, and long-term platform entrenchment.

Own regional contributions to net revenue retention, expansion ARR, and multi-product penetration.
Sales Operations & Forecasting

Own regional forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota input, and performance analytics for EMEA, direct and channel combined.

Maintain forecasting accuracy, pipeline integrity, and operating cadence consistent with global RevOps standards and public company requirements.

Use the company's CRM and GTM systems to provide accurate, timely regional visibility to the CRO.
Cross-Functional & Leadership Collaboration

Serve as a trusted regional partner to the CRO on enterprise growth, channel strategy, and platform adoption across EMEA.

Provide regular reporting to the CRO on regional revenue performance, platform adoption, and channel contribution.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support enterprise customers in regulated EMEA markets.

Contribute regional market insight to the CRO's evaluation of strategic investments and partnership opportunities.

Proven sales leader with experience owning both direct enterprise sales and channel/partner sales across EMEA for a platform-based B2B SaaS or software company.

Experience selling enterprise platforms with long sales cycles, complex decision-making units, and multi-year contracts within EMEA markets.

Demonstrated success growing regional revenue and expanding large enterprise accounts within EMEA.

Track record of building and scaling channel and partner ecosystems that materially contribute to regional pipeline and revenue.

Strong working knowledge of EMEA regulatory and buying dynamics relevant to identity verification and fraud prevention (e.g., financial services, fintech).

Experience operating within a global revenue organization and reporting to a CRO or senior global sales leader.

Experience operating in a public company or similarly rigorous environment.
