Short Summary:
The Innovation Architect acts as a Solution Architect for collaboration within Miro’s Optimization Services & Training (MOST) program, providing ongoing expert guidance to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery to understand customer goals, workflows, and pain points; translate findings into a structured MOST game plan.
- Facilitate vision, alignment, and prioritization sessions to help customers define outcomes and success criteria.
- Conduct collaboration, workflow, and workspace assessments; provide clear recommendations for improvement.
- Design and implement governance frameworks that reduce risk and support scalability.
- Guide customers through change-management initiatives, including communication plans and stakeholder alignment.
- Coach teams on Miro best practices and techniques to streamline work.
- Facilitate workshops across various Agile ceremonies and strategy development.
- Build prototypes and reusable workflows that accelerate customer adoption.
- Partner with IT/Admin stakeholders to establish standards and drive consistency.
- Recommend process optimizations to improve collaboration quality.
- Provide ongoing advisory support throughout the MOST subscription.
- Track progress against milestones and outcomes; help customers re-prioritize work as needed.
- Collaborate with CSMs, Architects, and Engagement Managers for consistent delivery.
- Contribute to internal playbooks and delivery assets.
- Stay current on Miro innovations and collaboration trends.
Requirement:
- 6+ years in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, or digital collaboration.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale teams through workflow or tool adoption initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead structured discovery and define actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with collaboration governance frameworks and workspace architecture.
- Fluency in Miro or similar platforms (Figma, Lucid, JIRA, Confluence).
- Near-native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
