Short Summary:
As a Print Quality Resolution Assistant, you will resolve post-print issues and ensure customers receive high-quality products, providing support through live communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns with empathy.
- Act as the primary expert for live contacts, guiding customers through the order replacement process.
- Review incoming requests to determine issues.
- Open and navigate Adobe files to diagnose print issues.
- Record detailed technical data within Salesforce.
- Work closely with the Print Quality team to ensure consistency.
Requirement:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day.
