Customer Support/Technical Support

Ideally, the canddiate should have an experience of both Calls and emal/chat communication with customers and some SAAS work experience. This is an Israeli startup operating in the computer vision and logistics sectors; they are looking for a customer support specialist with a strong command of English to assist their clients. Candidate should be comfortable working a shifted schedule—specifically from 14:00 to 23:00—to align with US business hours when needed. Strong English skills are required, as the role involves communicating with both potential and existing clients regarding sales and support. The startup operates in the US and Israeli markets.
