POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Compliance and Administration Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining our compliance frameworks, coordinating audits, managing policies and procedures, and ensuring our ongoing compliance obligations are met.

You'll work closely with management, technical teams and external auditors to keep our compliance programs running effectively and continuously improving.

This is a compliance coordination and governance role, rather than a hands-on technical cybersecurity position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Compliance Administrator

What You'll Be Doing:

• Compliance Management: Coordinate and maintain our ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, SOC 1, GDPR and PCI DSS compliance programs.
• Audit Coordination: Manage audit schedules, evidence collection, assessments and certification or attestation requirements.
• ISMS Management: Oversee recurring Information Security Management System activities and monitor compliance obligations.
• Policies & Procedures: Maintain, review and update company policies, processes and compliance documentation.
• Risk & Continuous Improvement: Coordinate risk reviews, corrective actions and improvements to compliance processes.
• Training & Awareness: Manage staff compliance training, policy awareness and completion records.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with internal teams, external auditors, consultants and legal advisors.
• Compliance Platforms: Maintain compliance records, monitor controls and manage activities using our compliance and learning management systems.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Compliance Administrator with a good understanding of compliance requirements, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in compliance management, information security governance, risk management or audit coordination.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001:2022, SOC 1 and SOC 2 frameworks.
• Familiarity with GDPR and PCI DSS requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring activities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience maintaining policies, procedures and audit documentation.
• A proactive, practical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Vanta compliance management software.
• Experience with TalentLMS or another learning management platform.
• Previous experience in a software development, SaaS or technology environment.
• Relevant compliance, information security or auditing qualifications.
