CRM Analyst

We are looking for a CRM Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our Digital Commerce team in our Digital Campus in Porto.

What you will do

• Be responsible for steering CRM strategy and execution in assigned markets to drive member base growth, retention, and loyalty.

• Drive business success across multiple markets by combining strategic thinking, market expertise and CRM knowledge.

• Acts as the main CRM contact for local markets, building strong relationships with Retail and Marketing.

• Translates business objectives into CRM goals, KPIs, and reporting, enabling markets to manage their own performance.

• Monitors market performance (daily/weekly/monthly), conducts KPI analyses, and leads regular review meetings.

• Provides consulting on CRM tools, analytical models, campaigns, and outreach processes, ensuring correct implementation.

• Owns CRM training and internal communication (training materials, CRM University, news formats), in alignment with global teams.

• Leads market execution of Global Commerce Engagement projects (market collaboration, training concepts).

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years of experience in CRM, customer loyalty, or customer experience, ideally in retail or fashion/luxury.

• Strong analytical skills (KPI analysis, interpreting data, deriving actions).

• Solid understanding of CRM tools, customer databases, segmentation and outreach logic.

• Ability to translate business goals into CRM strategies, campaigns and concrete action plans.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with markets, Retail and Marketing.

• Strong communication skills and strong presentation and training skills (designing and delivering trainings, creating materials).

• Proficient in Excel Sheets and BI tools (e.g. BIS, dashboards); PowerPoint/Slides for presentations.
