Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our client's team on a long-term engagement. The role starts with a full-time engagement for September–October to support a complex migration project, with the possibility of continuing on a part-time basis of approximately 4 development days per month after the migration is completed. The role is ideal for a highly experienced Full-Stack Engineer who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies and has strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Stripe, Node.js, and Nuxt. The migration project is particularly backend-heavy, so deep expertise with Stripe is a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to a complex migration project with a strong focus on Shopify, Stripe, Node.js, and Nuxt Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Nuxt, Node.js, and TypeScript Integrate and work extensively with Shopify and Stripe APIs Build responsive and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS Design and implement reliable backend integrations and business logic Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and independently research effective solutions Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables throughout the migration Collaborate closely with the client's team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions After the migration phase, continue supporting the client on a part-time basis as needed Requirements: 5+ years of commercial software development experience Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Nuxt Strong experience with Shopify, including Shopify integrations and APIs Deep hands-on experience with Stripe is a must Solid experience with Tailwind CSS Strong understanding of backend development and API integrations Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good command of English, both written and spoken Nice to Have: Experience working on complex migrations Experience working with Shopify and Stripe in production environments Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a well-established global company Opportunity to work with a modern Full-Stack technology stack High level of ownership and autonomy Flexible and remote working environment Competitive compensation
