Short Summary:
In this role, you will report to the Director, Bank Regulatory Compliance and will implement and operate a scalable, regulator-ready prudential regulatory compliance program to support bank charter readiness, focusing on Regulations W and O.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and operate Mercury’s first prudential regulatory compliance program for banking.- Interface directly with and advise senior management on transaction permissibility.- Engage with stakeholders across the organization including Legal, Finance, and HR.- Educate and grow compliance culture and awareness of regulatory obligations.- Maintain records and documentation on compliance activities.

Requirement:
- 5-7+ years of experience in building and/or operating prudential compliance programs.- Strong understanding of prudential regulations and regulatory expectations.- Ability to represent program outputs to senior executives and regulators.- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.- Excitement about using technology to enhance capabilities.
