Short Summary:
As AI Innovation Lead, you will define and lead the artificial intelligence strategy for Merck's Germany business, identifying opportunities for AI to create measurable business value across various functions.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the AI innovation strategy for Germany aligned with business priorities.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale AI opportunities to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Build and manage a portfolio of AI solutions across machine learning and generative AI.
- Lead AI initiatives from concept development through implementation and value realization.
- Partner with various teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes.
- Drive the development of AI-powered insights for market understanding and planning.
- Represent Germany in regional and global AI discussions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of AI specialists.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience in AI, advanced analytics, or related fields.
- Experience leading AI solutions from strategy to implementation.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and generative AI technologies.
- Fluency in English; German language skills preferred.
