Middle Specialist, Data Quality

The Data Manager works with both external and internal customers in the management, collection, storage and data-quality analysis of health care related data. The data manager will perform database updates, evaluating and processing client healthcare data feeds to produce a high-quality analytically ready database, within specified delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and update databases in alignment with client requirements

• Analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of HealthCare data

• In-depth understanding of database and information technologies

• Authenticate, extract/load data into databases using a proprietary toolset 

• Perform data analysis and validate data for accuracy and completeness

• Collaborate with external data suppliers to resolve data quality issues 

• Prepare and share professional status reports with external/internal clients 

• Document process changes, update key information accurately and timely

• Build strong relationships to ensure a collaborative approach to solve problems

• Communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner both verbal and written 

• Strong communication skills with primarily U.S. based clients/colleagues

• Follow compliance and audit procedures

• Design/Create/Modify/Test ETL jobs for customer implementations 

Minimum qualifications and requirements:

• Requires a minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or other science-related fields.

• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as, Azure etc.

• Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and architecture best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytic, technical and communication skills.

• Self-starter can do attitude and team player.  

Compensation

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

$79,508.58 - $119,262.88 (USD)
