Project Manager

Job Summary

Under moderate supervision, lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium scale
projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope and budget, and
aligned to business objectives.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium scale projects, ensuring defined objectives, milestones, and outcomes are achieved.
• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and define deliverables to ensure a clear path to success.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure projects remain on track.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues; escalate as appropriate.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and report status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate team meetings, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending workflow, template, and tool enhancements.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Work Experience:

• At least 2-4 years of Project Management experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Demonstrated experience leading projects with higher risk, visibility, and stakeholder complexity.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and governance.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Certification / Licensure:

• PMP

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$79,000.00 - $119,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
