About the Role
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is at the heart of our patient experience team. This position operates in a fast-paced call center setting and serves as a point of contact for IVF clinics and patients. You’ll help ensure patients receive their fertility medications accurately, on time, and with compassion.

What You’ll Do
- Process prescriptions and accurately enter patient, medication, insurance, billing, and delivery information under a pharmacist’s supervision.
- Coordinate with patients and IVF clinics to ensure medication orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Assist with insurance, billing, refill, and order issues, escalating clinical questions to the pharmacist when needed.
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism while protecting patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, shipping, billing, and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage multiple priorities using strong attention to detail, organization, and basic math skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Clear and active California Pharmacy Technician license in good standing—required
- Customer service or call center experience; pharmacy or healthcare experience is preferred
- Strong computer and basic math skills, including Word, Excel, and typing at least 45 WPM
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable attendance and full-time, on-site availability Monday–Friday, plus rotating weekends
- Ability to maintain an active Pharmacy Technician license throughout employment

Training and Growth
We provide structured training and ongoing support. You will learn our medications, workflows, and best practices step by step.
You will rotate through several departments, including the Front Pharmacy Clerk, Operators, and Shipping departments, before being paired with a Lead Patient Care Coordinator. This training will help you understand how each part of the pharmacy operates and how patient orders move through the process.
You will receive continuous guidance, feedback, and support as you grow into the Patient Care Coordinator role.
