Short Summary:
Maven is seeking a VP of Member Growth to drive member enrollment into its programs, directly impacting revenue. This role requires a hands-on leader who collaborates across functions to optimize the enrollment process and develop new strategies for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own member growth for the Core Business, accountable for enrollment targets and revenue.
- Build and run a scalable enrollment engine from eligible population to enrolled member.
- Expand strategies to drive sustainable member growth beyond current optimization efforts.
- Optimize the enrollment funnel using data and create operational metrics as KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accountability in the enrollment process.
- Operate as a player-coach, leading a small team while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Collaborate with Data and Finance for measurement, segmentation, and forecasting.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in growth, enrollment, or revenue outcomes, ideally in healthcare or similar fields.
- A hands-on player-coach with strong quantitative skills.
- Ability to identify new enrollment strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of how enrollment translates into revenue and unit economics.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with high visibility.
