Actimize QA Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Actimize QA Engineer with strong expertise in Actimize Unified Data Model (UDM), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Transaction Monitoring, ETL testing, data validation, and advanced SQL.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data flowing through Actimize financial crime and compliance solutions. This role involves validating complex data integrations, verifying source-to-target mappings, testing ETL pipelines, and performing functional, end-to-end, and API testing.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Actimize data models, UDM onboarding, data reconciliation, and financial crime business processes. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and end-to-end testing of Actimize AML and Transaction Monitoring applications.
- Validate Actimize UDM onboarding, data ingestion, and ETL processes.
- Execute source-to-target mapping validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to verify data transformations, investigate discrepancies, and perform data reconciliation.
- Validate data integrity across source systems, staging layers, and Actimize target data models.
- Perform API testing to verify integrations, data exchanges, and application functionality.
- Design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects in collaboration with development, data engineering, and business teams.
- Support root-cause analysis of data quality issues, integration failures, and discrepancies in transaction monitoring data.
- Ensure test coverage across critical AML and financial crime workflows.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright, where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience testing NICE Actimize, particularly UDM, AML, and Transaction Monitoring solutions.
- Strong experience in ETL testing, data validation, and data reconciliation.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data comparison techniques.
- Experience with functional testing and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.
- Practical experience with API testing and validation of system integrations.
- Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping, data transformations, and data flow validation.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify data discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Familiarity with financial crime compliance, AML processes, transaction monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience testing large-scale data integrations and enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and defect management tools.
