Short Summary:
Mastercard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Java, Spring Framework applications that support essential services for global operations.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure application health, performance, and capacity; support pre-launch activities.
- Design resilient infrastructure, perform root cause analysis, and automate alerts.
- Improve service lifecycle, support CI/CD pipelines, and reduce manual intervention.
- Analyze platform activities and provide feedback to development teams.

Requirement:
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Python, or Go.
- Strong DevOps and configuration management skills.
- Experience with distributed systems and automation.
- Problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Passion for observability and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams.
