POSITION SUMMARY
The Junior Graphic & Content Creator supports the Marketing team in developing engaging visual and digital content that enhances brand awareness and guest engagement across multiple channels.
This role is responsible for creating and adapting graphic materials for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, events, and print communications. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & PR, the position helps bring marketing initiatives to life through creative, high-quality, and brand-consistent content.
The Junior Graphic & Content Creator manages graphic assets, supports photo and video editing activities, and delivers creative solutions that align with brand standards and business objectives. The role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience in photo retouching, image editing, and content production for digital channels.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Creativity and strong visual sense.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong organizational skills.
