Short Summary:
As Marqeta's Corporate/Opex Finance Manager, you will manage operating expense and headcount planning, serving as a finance partner to functional leaders and building systems for Corporate FP&A.

Responsibilities:
- Own opex forecasting and management for your function end-to-end.
- Build and maintain the monthly forecast, understanding every driver of spend.
- Be the trusted finance partner to a functional leader, assisting in decision-making.
- Own reporting and improve model templates and reporting flows.
- Support the broader planning cycle and apply GAAP fluency.
- Contribute to senior leadership materials and present analysis.
- Experiment with AI to enhance workstream efficiency.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; minimum 8 years of FP&A experience.
- Strong individual contributor with ownership of outcomes.
- Solid GAAP fluency and understanding of capitalized expenses.
- Comfortable with systems and automation.
- Proven experience as a business partner with clear communication skills.
