The Data & AI Solutions Developer builds the governed data products, Power BI solutions and applied AI tools that Cerrowire teams use to make decisions. Working in Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry, this role turns established business requirements into production solutions and owns technical delivery from design through support.
The role’s primary focus is the gold layer: semantic models, standardized metrics and the BI and AI experiences built on them. The Senior Data Engineer owns ingestion through the silver layer; this role owns everything users consume from there. The successful candidate brings solid Fabric, SQL and Python skills, hands-on generative AI experience, and the judgment to build AI that is secure, measurable and cost-aware.

- Serve as a technical resource in Data & AI governance and use-case reviews.
Delivery & Standards
- Own technical delivery once requirements are approved: design, development, testing, deployment, documentation and production support.
- Follow SDLC practices, including Git version control, Fabric deployment pipelines, testing, release management and documentation of designs, data definitions, lineage and runbooks.
- Build reusable components, templates and prompt patterns that speed future development.
