We're looking for a Manual QA to join our team and take full ownership of testing one of our mobile applications. You’ll be part of a small, cross-functional product team, ensuring the app runs smoothly and meets quality standards.
We have plenty of documentation, structured onboarding process and a mentor to support you. That said, we’re looking for someone proactive – someone who first tries to figure things out independently before turning to the team.
One key thing to keep in mind: our products are young and evolving fast. Development cycles are quick, with at least one release per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can stay cool under pressure, you’ll fit right in!

- Evaluating user, technical, and business risks to select the optimal testing depth based on timelines;
- Performing all types of testing (feature, integration, exploratory, regression) for the mobile app, including API, analytics, A/B tests, paid flows, and GenAI;
- Logging reproducible bugs with clear user impact, providing developers with full context, conducting prompt retests, and driving defects to resolution;
- Conducting test analysis, maintaining the mobile regression model, creating test cases and checklists, and preparing scenarios for automation;
- Effectively leveraging LLMs for requirements analysis and test design while maintaining personal accountability for the output;
- Communicating with cross-functional teams and participating in user feedback and incident triaging;
- Identifying QA process inefficiencies and implementing systemic changes that prevent entire classes of issues rather than just adding single test cases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product QA (preferably with B2C mobile apps);
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent release cycles;
- Strong knowledge of testing theory, solid test analysis/design skills, and high autonomy in work;
- Experience testing iOS/Android, understanding client-server architecture (HTTP/API, logs, traffic), and the ability to isolate issues (client, backend, config, analytics);
- Ability to write clear, self-explanatory test cases and bug reports, paired with technical literacy (data, states, environments);
- Ability to work with LLMs and critically verify outputs (identifying gaps, duplicates, and hallucinations);
- Nice to have: experience in photo/video, GenAI, subscriptions, or HighLoad B2C.
