Mandarin Oriental, Munich is looking for an Internship Trainee in Food & Beverage to support daily operations and enhance guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of restaurants and/or banqueting services
- Support service teams in delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests
- Independently manage operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards
Requirement:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and hospitality service excellence
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
- Very good communication skills in German and English
