Title: Creative Lead

Location: Madison East Center - Administrative Offices

Full-time, 80 hours/pay period

Generally Monday-Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on departmental needs

**Must live within 150 miles of Mankato Clinic**

The Creative Lead is Mankato Clinic’s senior hands-on creative professional, translating marketing strategy into high-quality, effective design across digital, print, web, motion, signage, and visual storytelling. This position leads the day-to-day development and production of integrated campaign materials, upholds and thoughtfully evolves the clinic’s visual brand, and creates reusable systems that improve quality, speed, and consistency across specialties and locations. The role combines strong creative judgment with reliable, detail-oriented execution.
