Account Director

At Mad Fish Digital, our mission is to create breakthrough experiences for our employees and clients. Having recently joined forces with advertising agency Grady Britton, our combined expertise unites brand, creative, PR, media, and performance marketing services under one roof. Together, we help ambitious brands build genuine connections that drive sustained growth.
We're looking for an Account Director to join our team—a collaborative partner who brings clarity and curiosity to every interaction, and who’s ready to tackle the adventure ahead with us. As we continue building our integrated agency, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client partnerships, connecting teams and capabilities, and ultimately, helping our business flourish.
As Account Director, you’ll champion the growth and long-term success of our client partnerships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate market shifts, discover new opportunities, and elevate their brands.

From brand strategy to omni-channel marketing campaigns, you’ll speak credibly to our full range of services, ensuring that our efforts reflect our clients’ core business goals. You’ll manage account health and profitability, anticipate risks and opportunities, and advocate for both clients and teams. In partnership with our production team, you’ll create the conditions for delivering breakthrough experiences that position our agency as a key extension of our client’s team.
