About

Mad Devs is a full-stack engineering company that builds and operates large-scale software products across industries. We help companies solve complex technical and business challenges through reliable engineering, modern technology, and long-term collaboration.

Who are we?

We are an international software development team working with companies across Europe, the USA, and Southeast Asia. Our clients include Clutch.co, Roci.fi, Veeqo, Lido, TriggerMesh, Guardrails, MythX, and other technology companies. Every day, millions of people around the world use the products we help build and maintain.

What you will do:

• Identify business problems and opportunities, and turn them into practical solutions.
• Explore existing codebases, data, APIs, and infrastructure to understand the customer environment.
• Define scope, prioritize work, and validate assumptions with users and stakeholders.
• Use AI agents to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and iteration.
• Build, test, and deploy solutions quickly while maintaining engineering quality.
• Evaluate AI output, manage technical risks, and ensure solutions are reliable in production.
• Monitor results, gather feedback, and continuously improve what you build.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across application architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
• Ability to delegate complex engineering tasks to AI agents and critically evaluate their output.
• Experience shipping and maintaining production software, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong product thinking: you understand business needs, prioritize value, and know when not to build.
• Ownership and initiative: you can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a working solution without constant supervision.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and users.

It will be a plus:

• Experience launching your own products or building SaaS applications.
• Experience implementing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or RAG systems.
• Experience automating business processes and integrating enterprise systems.
• A track record of independently taking projects from idea to production.

How we are working:

At Mad Devs, we value autonomy, direct communication, initiative, and continuous improvement. We trust people to take ownership, challenge assumptions, and move from ideas to working solutions.

In this role, you will work directly with customers and users, collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, and use AI coding agents as part of your development workflow. You will have room to experiment with new approaches, improve how solutions are built, and help shape how Mad Devs uses AI agents in real-world software development.

Why Join Us:

At Mad Devs, you'll join a passionate team dedicated to solving complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions. Our projects span Europe, the USA and South East Asia, giving you the opportunity to make a global impact.
