Forward Deploy Engineer

We’re looking for a Forward Deploy Engineer who turns business problems into working products using AI agents as the primary tool for software development.
You’ll own the full path from understanding the problem to deploying and improving the solution: investigating existing systems, identifying opportunities, defining scope, orchestrating AI agents, and making sure the result delivers measurable value.

What you will do:

• Identify business problems and opportunities, and turn them into practical solutions.
• Explore existing codebases, data, APIs, and infrastructure to understand the customer environment.
• Define scope, prioritize work, and validate assumptions with users and stakeholders.
• Use AI agents to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and iteration.
• Build, test, and deploy solutions quickly while maintaining engineering quality.
• Evaluate AI output, manage technical risks, and ensure solutions are reliable in production.
• Monitor results, gather feedback, and continuously improve what you build.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across application architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
• Ability to delegate complex engineering tasks to AI agents and critically evaluate their output.
• Experience shipping and maintaining production software, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong product thinking: you understand business needs, prioritize value, and know when not to build.
• Ownership and initiative: you can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a working solution without constant supervision.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and users.

It will be a plus:

• Experience launching your own products or building SaaS applications.
• Experience implementing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or RAG systems.
• Experience automating business processes and integrating enterprise systems.
• A track record of independently taking projects from idea to production.
