Channel Sales Analyst

Title: Channel Sales Analyst Location: Belgrade, Srbija (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Channel Sales Analyst. In this role, you will support the operational management of our sales partners, ensuring accurate partner data, smooth onboarding processes, and efficient administration of partner programs and payments.

You will work closely with Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to coordinate partner-related activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure that all processes are completed accurately and in line with internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Data Management: Create and maintain partner accounts and organizational structures in Salesforce, update account information, validate territories and organization codes, and resolve data discrepancies

• Partner Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new partners by coordinating account setup, verifying required information, and ensuring completion of necessary administrative and compliance steps

• Partner Program Administration: Process Market Development Fund (MDF) requests and reimbursement claims, verify supporting documentation, coordinate approvals, and track budgets and payments

• Access and Portal Administration: Manage partner access to relevant business platforms, including customer and partner portals, training platforms, and internal resource centers

• Supplier Registration and Payments: Support supplier registration and setup in Oracle and Accounts Payable (AP) systems to facilitate partner reimbursements and payments

• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Contracts, Compliance, Credit, Legal, and other teams to resolve partner-related issues and ensure smooth business operations

• Ongoing Account Maintenance: Process account changes, including shipping address updates, territory corrections, and other partner record adjustments

Requirements

• Experience working with Salesforce

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Experience coordinating administrative or cross-functional business processes

• Strong written English communication skills

• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
