Associate Project Manager
Lyzr, in a minute
Lyzr is an enterprise software company that helps large organisations put AI agents — software that handles real tasks on its own — to work in their everyday operations. Most companies’ AI projects never move past the pilot stage; Lyzr provides the platform that takes them into dependable, day-to-day use. Today, 500+ enterprises build on Lyzr, more than 1,000 agents run live in production, and 85% of Lyzr projects reach production against an industry average of roughly 30%. Customers include Accenture, WTW, Hitachi, and Verifone, and the company recently raised $100M at a $500M valuation.
About the role
As Associate Project Manager on Lyzr's Platform team, you will make sure platform work ships on time and everyone knows where it stands. You'll plan sprints, track delivery, clear blockers and keep engineering, Applied AI and leadership aligned.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes structure, follows through and is comfortable in a fast-moving AI company.
What you'll do
Plan and run sprints for the Platform team: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
Turn platform priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, owners and timelines
Track delivery in Jira, keep boards and dashboards current, and report progress every week
Spot risks, dependencies and blockers early, and drive them to resolution with engineering and DevOps
Coordinate with the Applied AI team and client-facing project managers so platform work lines up with customer commitments
Keep senior stakeholders updated on status, risks and decisions
Document processes, release notes and decisions so the team works from one source of truth
Use AI tools to automate status reporting and routine project tasks
What we're looking for
2–3 years of project management or delivery experience in a software, SaaS or AI company
Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience running sprints for engineering teams
Strong Jira skills: boards, workflows, dashboards and reporting
Working understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS) and how platform and DevOps teams work
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience managing several stakeholders
Everyday fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or similar
Strong ownership: you follow through on what you commit to
Good to have
Experience at an AI implementation or AI platform company
A project management certification such as CSM, PSM or PMP
Exposure to CI/CD, release management or infrastructure projects
