Short Summary:
Luxury Presence is seeking an Onsite IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support in their Austin office, ensuring smooth operations for over 150 team members.

Responsibilities:
- Frontline support: Own the helpdesk queue and walk-up requests, resolving issues and involving the broader IT team when necessary.
- Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Provision and deprovision workstations for employees, ensuring new hires have equipment ready on day one.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT equipment in the office.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment in open areas and conference rooms.
- Learn and eventually own daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Requirement:
- 1-2 years in a help desk or IT support role, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Open to entry-level candidates with a strong interest in technology.
- Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and basic networking issues.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to explain technical problems to non-technical individuals.
