Short Summary:
Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate, supporting over 90,000 real estate professionals. The IT team is small and efficient, focusing on AI-first transformation and automation to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:
- Own AI-First Help Desk & Automation, driving ticket deflection towards AI-assisted resolution.
- Manage identity, access, and directory management across the SaaS stack.
- Administer Google Workspace and Iru MDM for device management.
- Ensure day-one readiness for new hires and document IT processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of IT and Onsite IT Support Specialist.

Requirement:
- 5-10 years in IT engineering or systems administration.
- Deep experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Experience managing an MDM platform across multiple operating systems.
- Proven track record of building automations to replace manual work.
- Strong ownership mindset and clear documentation skills.
