We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will be working on our flagship product: N-Able N-Central. The N-Central is a core product that is transitioning from an on-premises solution to a Cloud-Native product to be used on a daily basis by thousands of our customers.

Responsibilities

8+ years of software engineering experience with Java Object Oriented Programming
5+ years of experience leading and working on large-scale projects and initiatives
7+ years of experience in designing and developing high-performance, high-transaction systems
Strong experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and specification-driven development methodologies.
Experience in building event-driven architecture, processing large datasets, and relational databases (Postgres)
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, talented team
Strong proven ability in building high-performance, highly available, and scalable distributed systems
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability
3+ years of experience with cloud-native technologies on AWS, including containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.
A clear understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to apply those principles in solving critical business needs
Basic Go knowledge is a value add
