Short Summary:
Join our Development Center in Bucharest, working on projects for a world-famous client. This role offers opportunities to grow your technical and soft skills while contributing to a large-scale backend data migration and consolidation initiative in the retail banking sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex banking applications.
- Validate functional, integration, and regression test coverage across multiple releases and environments.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies.
- Conduct defect triage meetings, ensuring issues are well-documented, prioritized, and tracked to closure.
- Test API integrations, data flows, and back-office banking processes.
- Work closely with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to test systems deployed on Google Cloud (GCP).
- Apply testing strategies for certifying builds and ensure readiness for production deployments.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong background in software quality assurance within financial systems.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
- Good API testing knowledge.
- Experience in testing mobile applications.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Nice to have: German speaker/reader.
