### About Luthor

AI is making it possible for companies to create more content than humans can possibly review.

That’s the problem we solve. Luthor eliminates the gap between what companies say and what they can stand behind.

We build AI-powered governance for enterprise communications, helping financial and legal institutions review, approve, and monitor content at the speed of modern production.

Over the past year, we’ve onboarded some of the world’s largest public financial institutions, surpassed $900B+ AUM on platform, and expanded across banks, lenders, asset managers, and law firms.

### About the Role

As our **second full-time engineering hire**, you’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO (both engineers) to design and build the backbone of our platform.

You'll interface directly with our customers and prospects to gather feedback to develop novel solutions to the unique problems they face around marketing compliance.

This is startup life in its truest form: We ship multiple times a day and you'll be expected to demo new features to our customers every week. You’ll take ownership of your work, see the immediate impact on customers, and help define the engineering culture for years to come.

### What to expect

_Within days:_

• Ship to production on day one.
• Develop backend logic for performance and scalability for frontend requests.

_Within weeks:_

• Lead customer calls to gather feedback and refine backend features.

_Within months:_

• Own customer outcomes and success. Continue shipping value, not just code.
• Lead architectural decisions to scale our services across geographies, tech stacks, and business types.
• Hire, onboard, and nurture future backend teammates.
