How You Will Make an Impact:
Produce defined services with high quality and efficiency in accordance with SLA across functional areas
Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions
Solve independently typical cases and daily issues of low to mid complexity independently
Contribute to improvement of work processes and improve customer service quality by proposing changes and suggesting ideas
Execute Document Archiving services (preparing documents for archiving, requesting from archiving partners, organizing destruction, etc)
Execute Correspondence handling services (receiving, registering, distributing, sending out, etc)
Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
Take responsibility for professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager
Complying with confidentiality rules arising from the employment agreement and other internal regulations of Luminor, which, among other things.

Basic MS Office / O365 skills
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 1200-1400 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
