How You Will Make an Impact:
Focus on the category of Indirect Sourcing, specifically in the areas of facilities management, marketing, and professional services
Lead, develop and implement sourcing strategies and plans that meets organizational requirements
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to identify their sourcing needs
Act as functional lead for the sourcing managers within the category, as well as coordinate and organize capacity
Identify and execute process improvements for operational efficiency
Continuously seek optimization opportunities
Conduct sourcing activities in accordance with internal procedures, including contract negotiations, RFx activities, and supplier analysis based on cost, quality, reliability, and risk
Oversee the assigned sourcing category and manage the lifecycle of suppliers and agreements
Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards
Execute pre- and post-contract activities according to internal processes
Maintain proper documentation and ensure readiness per internal requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and project management
A comprehensive understanding of the supplier market
Proficiency in procurement, sourcing, category management, and outsourcing processes
Familiarity with third party risk management regulations (DORA, Outsourcing)
Familiarity with sourcing tools and systems
Knowledge and awareness of strategies to avoid conflicts of interest
Team management experience
Strong experience in executive-level stakeholder alignment
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 4,760 - 7,600 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
