How You Will Make an Impact:

• Focus on the category of Indirect Sourcing, specifically in the areas of facilities management, marketing, and professional services

• Lead, develop and implement sourcing strategies and plans that meets organizational requirements

• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to identify their sourcing needs

• Act as functional lead for the sourcing managers within the category, as well as coordinate and organize capacity

• Identify and execute process improvements for operational efficiency

• Continuously seek optimization opportunities

• Conduct sourcing activities in accordance with internal procedures, including contract negotiations, RFx activities, and supplier analysis based on cost, quality, reliability, and risk

• Oversee the assigned sourcing category and manage the lifecycle of suppliers and agreements

• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards

• Execute pre- and post-contract activities according to internal processes

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure readiness per internal requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and project management

• A comprehensive understanding of the supplier market

• Proficiency in procurement, sourcing, category management, and outsourcing processes

• Familiarity with third party risk management regulations (DORA, Outsourcing)

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and systems

• Knowledge and awareness of strategies to avoid conflicts of interest

• Team management experience

• Strong experience in executive-level stakeholder alignment

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
