We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Legal Entities CRM team and play a key role in shaping customer data solutions that support one of the largest transformation initiatives in the bank. You'll work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, helping ensure that legal entity customer data is accurately managed, integrated, and migrated across systems.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for customer data, integrations, migration, and synchronisation initiatives
Map current and future customer data flows across CRM, Salesforce, customer master data sources, and downstream systems
Define data requirements, business rules, field mappings, validation criteria, and acceptance criteria together with business and technical stakeholders
Analyse legal entity customer structures, relationships, identifiers, and country-specific requirements
Prepare requirements for integrations, interfaces, data migrations, and reconciliation processes
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Stewards, architects, engineers, QA specialists, and business representatives across the Baltics
Break down work into clear epics and user stories, ensuring delivery-ready requirements
Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, and discussions to drive clarity and decision-making
Support testing, solution validation, UAT readiness, and successful delivery of business outcomes
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and requirement gaps while supporting solution design and implementation
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a similar role within complex CRM, data, integration, or migration projects
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modelling, data analysis, and stakeholder management
Experience working with customer data, integrations, APIs, data migration, or master data management
Understanding of CRM solutions such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear requirements
Experience preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation
Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and attention to detail
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3200 - 4800 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
