We're looking for a bright, early-career Forward Deployed Engineer who learns fast, uses AI to build at speed, and wants to grow by owning real problems across the whole company. Experience matters less to us than raw skill and drive.

What You'll Do

• Work across Product, Growth, Content, and Operations, wherever the biggest problem is.
• Build and ship features across mobile, backend, and web.
• Build AI agents and automations that change how our teams work.
• Improve the quality, speed, and cost of our AI tutor in production.
• Turn one-off solutions into tools the whole team can use.
• Collaborate closely with founders and team leads to prioritize what matters most.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience; new grads welcome.
• Strong programming fundamentals and a track record of building things.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs: projects, hackathons, or internships.
• You use AI coding tools daily to ship faster.
• Curious, fast learner who isn't afraid of unfamiliar problems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time voice or audio.
• Experience building subscription-based consumer apps.
• Experience with data pipelines and analytics.
• Side projects you built and shipped on your own.
