Director, Product

Title: Director, Product Location: United States

Position Title: Director, Product — Brand Experience & Monetization

About the role

For more than a decade, LTK has helped shape the creator economy by connecting thousands of creators and brands with millions of consumers. Today, our platform powers more than $6 billion in annual retail sales. We’re building on those relationships and commerce insights to help brands make creator and influencer marketing a larger, more effective part of how they reach customers and grow revenue.

As Director, Product – Brand Experience & Monetization, you’ll lead the product portfolio that helps brands build and grow their businesses through LTK. You’ll connect the needs of brand marketers with opportunities across creator partnerships, paid amplification, content licensing, and social platform integrations, building products that deliver results for brands and create more earning opportunities for creators.

This is a player-coach role with direct responsibility for both developing a small but mighty team of Product Managers and owning new, big-bet product initiatives. Alongside setting direction for the portfolio and coaching your team, you’ll personally lead discovery, pilots, and early product development. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Success and Partnership teams to determine which opportunities to scale, while turning early results into repeatable products.

How you will make an impact

• Own the strategy and roadmap for LTK’s brand product portfolio, connecting customer needs across creator partnerships, campaign workflows, and performance measurement. Set clear priorities and ownership across product areas, balancing improvements to existing products with new revenue opportunities.
• Lead and develop a small but mighty team of Product Managers through regular coaching, actionable feedback, and clear expectations. Strengthen customer discovery, product judgment, and execution while giving each PM meaningful ownership and supporting their growth. Help the team apply AI tools and capabilities where they improve customer outcomes or how the team works.
• Personally lead new product opportunities from discovery through pilots, launch, and iteration, with a focus on new monetization opportunities. Define the customer problem, test demand and feasibility, and determine what to scale, change, or stop.
• Build a deep customer understanding of brand marketers and their different goals, budgets, workflows, and buying decisions. Work directly with customers and commercial teams to understand how brands evaluate creator marketing and where LTK can improve results.
• Shape and execute product opportunities for social platform integrations, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, and commercial and partnership teams. Work through platform capabilities, dependencies, content permissions, and measurement needs to create useful, reliable products for brands and creators.
• Own customer outcomes across the portfolio, including adoption, campaign performance, repeat investment, and earning opportunities for creators. Define success criteria before pilots begin and use results to guide investment.

What you will bring to LTK

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex products, multi-quarter strategy, and measurable customer and business results.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing and developing Product Managers, with demonstrated success coaching talent, setting performance expectations, and building clear ownership and accountability.
• Experience building products for brand marketers or agencies in advertising, marketing technology, creator marketing, retail media, or a related field. You understand campaign workflows, budget decisions, and how customers assess marketing performance.
• A demonstrated player-coach approach: you can lead a product portfolio and develop PMs while personally owning discovery, product definition, and delivery for new initiatives.
• Experience turning early customer demand or pilots into repeatable products, with sound judgment about commercial potential, customer value, delivery costs, and what to scale or stop.
• Strong analytical and technical product judgment, including familiarity with advertising measurement and attribution, the ability to evaluate performance claims, and effective partnership with Engineering and Data on integrations and product trade-offs.
• Experience and passion for using AI tools for research, prototyping, experimentation, or analysis, with the ability to help teams adopt effective practices and validate the results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to align technical, commercial, and partnership teams, influence senior stakeholders, and make decisions in an evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback
